Bob goes above and beyond his job. He is very thorough with his inspection. He pointed out that the electric panel in my house had a long history of problems and should be evaluated by a licensed electrician. His report is detailed with photographs and is nicely cross-referenced with his explanation, which makes it very easy to follow and understand. I highly recommend him. Bob McKinley is the best.
